- move actions to a correct dir
- remove docs action
(why was I building my own docs in the first place?)
- add prefix `github.com` to github-based actions (i.e. everything
except for `checkout`)
I definitely did all of that on my first try, and this commit is
absolutely not a giant squash

nalgebra::DimName is intended to be extension of nalgebra::Dim for
numbers expressed as types, which is exactly what I need.
